this part is transparent PC material, and the thickness is 9mm . with extremely high requirements for product deformation, pre deformation must be considered in mould design, mainly due to product being too thick and inconsistent shrinkage during cooling , anyway, after three adjustiments, we finally met the customer's requirements.
